We are hiring Motel Receptionist for our business to perform the following duties:About the role:·Motel Reception duties·Work closely with the Executives to support in all administrative areas such as admin reception, event and tourdiary management.
·Be proactive with distributing accommodation requests from travel agents, group bookings and direct clients.
·Providing general sales support to General Manager·Accurately recording event inquiries·Preparing group event proposals & sales contracts·Maintaining communication with our existing customers·Must be available to work early mornings/evenings and weekends, when requiredAbout you:·Excellent communication skills·Creative flair and an eye for detail·Proven successful record in a similar team environment·An energetic, fun and enthusiastic personality·Ability to meet deadlines and tasks within a very busy environment·Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations with your own initiative·Be confident and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Socials Media) coupled with a proven ability to learn Company systems quicklyMust have: Minimum 2 years of experience as a Motel receptionist.
