This position will play an essential role in the day-to-day learning and development activities for the Adaptalift Group across all technical, professional, sales and leadership areas.
Our business has many L&D initiatives signed off and ready to have you bring them to life. This role will manage all programs across the business and partner with department leaders to develop the programs to develop our people.
**What will you be doing?**
- Develop and implement e-learning frameworks and in-person programs including regularly reviewing and updating to suit our growing business
- Leading the delivery of our revitalised induction program
- Championing our apprentice program to support the future of our workforce
- Support our emerging leaders and internal talent initiatives
- Set group strategies in conjunction with our leadership team
You will be working in a small but highly motivated HR team who punch above their weight. We work in a Hybrid environment, 2-3 days in the Springvale office where we collaborate and interact with our business and from home for those times you need to knuckle down and get things done.
**About You**:
As a senior L&D professional you will already hold a qualification and extensive experience in managing a large portfolio of projects.
The successful person will have the following skills and attributes:
- Certificate IV Workplace Training & Assessment
- Experience delivering in-house training and developing programs
- Extensive knowledge of e-learning management systems
- Understanding of adult learning principles, best practices, emerging trends and a thirst to learn more.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to influence stakeholders
