The role of the Finance Business Partner is pivotal in driving business outcomes by providing actionable financial insights and influencing commercial decisions. This key position will partner with operational and leadership teams to inform strategic planning and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver Commercial Intelligence through data-driven analysis, supporting informed business decisions and efficiency improvements.
* Lead Budgeting and Forecasting processes, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business objectives.
* Oversee month-end and year-end processes, maintaining Financial Governance and compliance.
* Present Management Reporting with insightful variance analysis and commentary, driving business improvement initiatives.
* Support Commercial Negotiations and identify value creation opportunities, enhancing business profitability.
* Diligently monitor Cost Efficiency and track key financial metrics, ensuring optimal resource utilization.
Requirements
To excel in this role, a Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field, accompanied by 8+ years' experience in operational or commercial finance, preferably within manufacturing, construction, or heavy industry, is required.
