Assistant Store Manager
to help create lasting customer experiences. You will work alongside the Store Manager to orchestrate excellence, amplify customer delight, and drive team performance.
Responsibilities
Lead, coach, mentor, and inspire a team of individuals
Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring the store is welcoming and energetic
Resolve customer enquiries with patience and charm
Assist with onboarding new team members, providing them with tools and knowledge to delight customers
Qualifications & Skills
Extensive retail experience with a passion for innovative practices
Expertise in customer service, treating it as an art form
Strong problem-solving skills and decision-making ability
Results-driven, charismatic, and thrives in a collaborative environment
