Industrial Electrician (A-Grade) – Sydney, NSW
MMT Recruitment is partnering with a growing specialist engineering and automation business to recruit an experienced A-Grade Industrial Electrician for project-based work across Sydney, with some interstate travel.
This is an opportunity for an electrician who takes pride in high-quality installations, enjoys industrial project work, and wants to be part of a small but professional team delivering work for major industrial and automation clients.

The Role
10. Industrial electrical installations and project work
11. Wiring and commissioning from electrical drawings
12. Panel builds and tidy, high-standard installations
13. PLC fault finding (Allen Bradley preferred)
14. Customer-facing work across Sydney sites
15. Occasional interstate travel for project installations
16. Working independently on small jobs and collaboratively on larger projects
About You
17. NSW unrestricted A-Grade Electrical Licence (essential)
18. Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial or project-based electrical work
19. Strong experience with industrial wiring and working from electrical drawings
20. PLC fault-finding experience preferred (training supported if developing skills)
21. CAD exposure advantageous
22. Excellent communication and customer engagement skills
23. High attention to detail and pride in workmanship
24. Professional presentation and strong time management
25. Willingness to travel across Sydney; interstate travel advantageous
26. Full Australian working rights and current driver's licence
