Forney Enterprises, a growing kava manufacturing and export business operating across Vanuatu and Australia, is looking for an experienced HR Operations & Workforce Development Manager to lead and strengthen their people function.
This is a hands-on role with real scope. You'll oversee HR operations, compliance and governance across a multicultural, geographically dispersed workforce, while coaching leaders, driving performance frameworks and building the processes that will support the business through its next phase of growth.
What the role involves:
* Leading end-to-end HR operations across Vanuatu and Australia
* Building and improving HR systems, governance and compliance frameworks
* Driving recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning
* Coaching and supporting managers on performance and people practices
* Coordinating and developing the HR team
What we're looking for:
* Proven HR operations experience within a growing, operational business
* Strong background in performance management, employee relations and policy governance
* Experience in manufacturing, FMCG, logistics or similar environments highly regarded
* Exposure to multicultural or geographically dispersed workforces
* Tertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related field (or equivalent experience)
