Administrative Support Role
This is a key position within the Operations Group, providing administrative support to the Regional Manager and team. The role involves a range of tasks, including calendar management, document preparation, and coordination of meetings and workshops.
The successful candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. They will also have strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
* Manage calendars for the Regional Manager and ensure timely reminders and notifications
* Prepare internal communication, such as monthly operations emails and newsletters
* Provide primary contact point for the Regional Manager's activities and respond to internal and external inquiries
* Promote and collaborate on implementation of new initiatives and drafting procedures
* Coordinate financial tasks, including quotes for purchases, processing invoices, and preparing financial reports
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Year 12 or equivalent qualification
* Certificate III in Business/Office Administration (or equivalent) or demonstrated experience and understanding
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications
* Previous experience in administrative support roles (desirable)
