We provide integrated and recovery oriented mental health, drugs and alcohol assessment, treatment and community support to people of all ages within the Barwon region experiencing, or at risk of experiencing, mental health and drug & alcohol issues, and their families.

About the role
Supporting the Program Manager you will provide strategic leadership and operational accountability to Acute Intervention Services (AIS). This is a brand new role, working with both the Program manager and the Program Medical Director AIS the role will continue to develop over the initial 12 months of its operation.
The key objectives of this role are:
4. To ensure services are high quality, innovative, evidence based
5. Uphold the Barwon Health MHDAS principles of recovery oriented practice
6. Provide leadership and mentoring within the AIS Leadership Team
7. Hold specific portfolios that contribute to the strategic operations and quality improvement of the MHDAS Acute Intervention Services.
8. Up to $20,000 cash re-imbursement to cover relocation expenses
