As we continue to scale, we are strengthening our digital capabilities and looking for a talented Full Stack Developer to help shape the next generation of our online presence.
The Role
You'll work across multiple brands within the group, building websites, developing digital features, and enhancing user experiences. This role blends hands-on development with creative problem-solving, ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a direct impact across several business units.
AI tools may be part of your workflow, used only as an enhancement to accelerate tasks, improve quality, or assist with problem-solving—never as a replacement for thoughtful, high-quality engineering.
You Will Be Working On
· Building and maintaining websites and digital products for JB Group brands
· Creating polished, responsive front-end experiences using Framer and Webflow
· Enhancing and customising features within our CMS platforms (non-headless)
· Applying high-quality development practices to ensure component consistency, maintainability, and scalability
· Integrating APIs and third-party tools (Airtable, Zapier)
· Collaborating with designers, marketers, media teams, and product stakeholders
· Using AI-enhanced tooling where appropriate to support development efficiency and code quality
What You Bring
· –6+ years Full Stack or Frontend Development experience
· Strong experience with modern CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, Craft, etc.)
· Strong JavaScript/TypeScript capabilities
· Working knowledge of modern frameworks (React,, preferred)
· Proficiency in Framer and/or Webflow
· A solid understanding of high-quality development principles, including clear naming conventions, reusable components, reliable documentation, and collaboration-focused engineering
· Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally
Nice to Have (Future-Friendly Skills)
These skills aren't required today, but would be valuable as we evolve our digital infrastructure:
· Experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub/Bitbucket)
· Familiarity with build pipelines or deployment workflows
· Experience with cloud hosting (Vercel, AWS, GCP)
· SEO optimisation and performance tuning
· UI/UX strengths or animation/micro-interaction experience
