About the Role
The Retail Sales Coordinator provides sales coordination, project management, analytical and administrative support to the National Field & Retail Sales Managers and the wider Retail Sales team including the Field Team and Team Dyson.
Main responsibilities include but not limited to:-
1. Repsly (CRM) business partner including: Maintain and update Repsly CRM with relevant team and store data
2. Building questions into Repsly forms for standard Team Dyson forms
3. Build & maintain Field Territory & Team Dyson coverage files & ensure all reporting & tools are synchronised
4. Internal liaison, collaboration and coordination with various departments to assist with the execution of required field promotions/activities. i.e. Marketing, Retail Marketing, Events, Capability and National Accounts
5. Collate and maintain field fund return on investment (ROI) process portal
6. MS Teams creation, folder management and maintenance to ensure effective & efficient resource/information accessibility
7. Budget forecasting for conference, meeting and event costs (overheads costs)
8. “Top Doors” field support
9. Co-ordinate onsite and offsite Sales Meetings, Regional Development Manager conferences, Team Dyson conferences and Training events
10. Support FRSMs with onboarding process for new team members in their teams
11. Provide analysis of performance data to Field team
12. Roster / contract management
13. Support recruitment & induction for Team Dyson where required
14. Lead & Manage 3rd party agencies for ongoing or short-term projects/coverage
15. Activities relating to Team Dyson (including but not limited to data, uniform distribution, reporting, communications, training, logistics + data analytics etc)

About You
To be successful in this role you will have strong time management skills and ability to work calmly under pressure, work to tight deadlines and managing competing priorities. You can manage your own workload, work autonomously and as part of a team.
Previous skills & experience:-
20. Demonstrated experience in a similar role
21. Understanding of the retail/sales environment
22. High level of communication skills, both verbal and written
23. Basic analytical skills
24. Excellent business presentation skills and high attention to detail
25. Advanced Microsoft Suite
