Job Description
The Head of Health and Wellbeing will lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver health services in local communities. This role requires expertise in health promotion, program management, and working with First Nations communities.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing family health plans, managing the Health team, and collaborating with internal and external partners.
They will also participate in health promotion program delivery on country and in community as part of an integrated early years learning program.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver the Children's Ground Family Health & Wellbeing Framework to improve health outcomes for individuals and families
* Develop, assess and monitor population health/health promotion priorities and manage responses to create improved health outcomes
* Manage the Health team in a culturally appropriate way
* Support the integration of health and wellbeing into daily learning and development initiatives for children aged 0-12 years
