About the Role
The Leisure and Lifestyle Officer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing special programs to meet the needs of residents. This will involve conducting assessments, care plans, and progress notes, as well as documenting resident feedback and progress.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and implement leisure and lifestyle programs for residents, focusing on promoting their autonomy and independence.
2. Conduct regular assessments of resident needs and preferences.
3. Document resident feedback, progress, and care plans.
Requirements
* Relevant qualification in Leisure and Lifestyle or related field.
* Experience in planning and implementing activities for frail people with cognitive impairment and disabilities.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
