Our team sits within Service Area Analytics and Reporting and supports Financial Management, People and Engagement. We partner closely with finance, people, risk, technology and corporate teams to provide clear reporting, insights and analysis that support cost management and strategic decisions. Role In this role you will partner with a broad range of stakeholders to help them understand and manage their cost base. You will support monthly reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and provide insights that inform decision making across Financial Management, People and Engagement. Your work helps senior leaders track performance, manage recoveries, and deliver against strategy.

What You Offer
* 2+ years' of experience in financial planning and analysis
* A tertiary qualification in accounting, finance or a related discipline, with CA or CPA part-qualified or newly qualified
* Strong financial and analytical skills, including variance analysis, forecasting and managing large data sets in Excel
* Clear communication skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders
* A curious, detail-focused and process-driven mindset, with comfort working through ambiguity.
