About The Role
Noffs is looking for a dynamic and organised Admin & Intake Officer to provide essential support to our new short-term residential service in Doonan.
* Manage the intake process from assessment to entry.
* Act as the first point of contact for potential clients and referrers, ensuring a timely transition of referrals.
* Telephone screening of potential clients in a respectful and caring manner.
* Maintain a professional standard of behaviour and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintaining calendars and rosters in consultation with managers.
* Assisting with handling enquiries and liaising with staff members.
* Participating in an organisation-wide telephone roster and serving as reception.
* Managing administration duties in consultation with the management team.
* Coordinating meetings management including taking and distributing minutes.
* Supporting building maintenance and WHS duties.
* Assisting with ordering and maintaining office supplies.
* Collecting and distributing mail and arranging courier services.
* Assisting with IT and system troubleshooting for the team.
* Working with other administrative staff to support the administration needs for the Ted Noffs Foundation.
* Maintaining the client database and records.
