As a qualified Physiotherapist, you will be part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team providing personalized treatments to our clients in Residential Aged Care settings. Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop clinical recommendations to support residents' activities of daily living, mobility, and transfers.
* Develop and implement individualized therapy programs based on resident goals and priorities.
* Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide coordinated care and achieve optimal outcomes.
Requirements
* A Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy.
* Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Australian working rights.
* Ability to obtain NDIS worker screening and National Police Check.
