We're looking for an experienced Change Manager to support key programs of work within a large enterprise environment.
What You'll Do
* Develop and execute change strategies and plans
* Conduct impact and readiness assessments
* Support stakeholder engagement, communication, and training
* Align change activities with project milestones and business goals
* Facilitate change forums, workshops, and reporting
What You'll Bring
* 5+ years in Change Management across enterprise environments
* Strong knowledge of change methodologies (e.g. ADKAR/Prosci)
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and navigate complexity
* Background in business, projects, or related disciplines
