Making an Impact at Serco
The Work Health and Safety (WHS) and Wellbeing team provides consultancy, advice, and support to Fiona Stanley Hospital to manage workplace health and safety risks. This includes injury prevention, management programs, claims management, and pre-employment assessments.
* Assisting with user registrations, data entry, reporting, workflow, and general enquiries
* Processing health assessment forms and supporting further assessments
* Supporting the team to meet site and SMHS compliance
* Monitoring a shared mailbox and responding to WHS enquiries
* Supporting Injury Management Advisors with online claim lodgement and payroll processing

To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* Proven administration experience including paperwork, records, correspondence, meetings, and information systems
* Effective written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
* Strong computer skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team with minimal supervision
