Job Description:
* This is a challenging position that requires the ability to empathize with clients and provide support during complex life changes.
* The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiotherapy, osteopathy, or nursing, and be registered with AHPRA or ESSA.

The Role
You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop personalized return-to-work plans that focus on recovery, resilience, and reintegration into the workforce.
Your Responsibilities:
* Providing exceptional client care and conducting thorough assessments to identify areas for improvement.
* Collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders to co-create solutions that make a real difference in clients' lives.
* Identifying barriers to successful return-to-work and designing tailored plans that address these challenges.
* Visiting workplaces to understand the challenges they face and advocating for safer, healthier environments.
