Key Responsibilities:
- Generate lists of prospects for net new business.
- Respond quickly and efficiently to all incoming media sales leads, passing them on to the Head of Agency Sales in a timely manner.
- Work closely with the Sales team to assess the progress of the department and develop Sales strategy accordingly.
- Assist in preparing proposals for new and existing customers and facilitate showing of Financial Standard assets and services.
- Prepare and follow up on any sales quotations made for clients under the instruction of the Head of Agency Sales.
- Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high quality sales presentations
- Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested
- Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field required
- 2+ years' of sales experience
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
- Ability to work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Excellent team development and leadership skills
- Organised and possess a high level of administration ability to effectively manage paperwork
- Outstanding written and oral communications skills.

- Prior experience with a client relationship management system (CRM) preferred
