Newcastle Anglican are seeking experienced Care Assistants to join its casual pool to work across our 5 aged care facilities in Newcastle & Lake Macquarie. You will be part of a multi‐disciplinary team providing excellent care to seniors in our residential aged care homes.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic and energetic individual looking to gain further experience in a great team environment. About you
* Certificate III/IV in Individual Support, or 2nd/3rd Year RN student
* Current First Aid Certificate (ongoing requirement) or willing to obtain
* An ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to accurately document resident care/progress
