**About the Role**Acciona is seeking a Project Engineer – Camps to support the planning, delivery and operation of workforce accommodation camps across a major infrastructure project. This role is critical to ensuring camps are safe, compliant, fit‐for‐purpose and aligned with construction sequencing and workforce needs.Reporting to the Project Manager – Camps, Logistics and Plant, you will work closely with construction, HSE, environment, land access and service providers to deliver high‐quality camp facilities throughout establishment, operation and demobilisation.**Key Responsibilities*** Support planning, establishment and delivery of workforce accommodation camps* Coordinate camp infrastructure, utilities and service interfaces* Assist in managing contractors and service providers delivering camp works* Ensure camp works comply with safety, environmental and regulatory requirements* Support commissioning, operation and demobilisation of camp facilities* Conduct inspections, manage defects and support rectification works* Maintain accurate documentation, reporting and cost tracking for camp activities**Required Skills and Competencies*** Tertiary qualification in **Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline*** Experience as a **Project Engineer / Site Engineer** on construction or infrastructure projects* Strong understanding of site establishment, temporary works or facilities delivery* Sound knowledge of safety, environmental and quality management systems* Excellent coordination, communication and stakeholder engagement skills**Location and conditions**This is a regional role and includes the provision to be based at camp as required.**What We Offer**ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023 & 2024 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.*ACCIONA has been given the Top Employer 2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025 certification in Australia, which certifies the company's commitment to excellence in human resources management and those who focus on putting their people first through their exceptional HR policies.
