An excellent opportunity is now available for a Junior Lawyer (1 to 3 years PAE) to join the Property & Infrastructure team of this national firm, based in their Canberra office. Working closely with experienced Partners, this opportunity will see you involved in a broad range of complex and commercially interesting matters across both government and private sector clients. You will gain hands-on exposure across a diverse mix of work, including: Acting on property transactions, including acquisitions and disposals Advising on commercial leasing arrangements Supporting property advisory matters across a range of asset classes Assisting on capital works, infrastructure and procurement projects Involvement in planning, environmental approvals and regulatory processes You will hold a current Australian practising certificate and have a minimum of 1 year and no more than 3 years’ PAE within a relevant transactional practice, ideally with exposure to property and/or infrastructure matters.
