Dental Assistant - Receptionist
Employment Type: Full Time, Part Time, Casual
Working Hours: Monday – Thursday
The purpose of this job is to provide a high-quality front-office experience within the Dental Practice, overseeing patient appointments, billing, payments, and records, while supporting clinical care delivery, promoting patient education in dental health, and contributing to the smooth and professional operation of the practice.
Responsibilities
* Deliver outstanding patient experiences by supporting chairside clinical care, assisting with treatments, x‐rays, and maintaining immaculate treatment rooms in line with infection control standards.
* Be the friendly face and organised mind of the practice, managing patient enquiries, appointments, recalls, payments, invoicing, and maintaining accurate patient records and documentation.
* Keep the practice running seamlessly by coordinating laboratory work, monitoring and ordering supplies, and ensuring schedules, systems, and workflows operate efficiently.
* Uphold excellence, safety, and integrity by working in line with practice protocols, regulatory requirements, health and safety standards, data security obligations, and proudly role‐modelling Bupa's values every day.
