About the role
We are looking for an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Ultra Tune Currimundi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and managing the day-to-day operations of our busy automotive workshop. This full-time position is located in Currimundi, Queensland.
What you'll be doing
* Greeting and welcoming customers, understanding their vehicle needs, and providing professional advice
* Booking in customer vehicles for scheduled maintenance and repairs
* Liaising with our qualified technicians to ensure efficient and timely completion of work
* Communicating with customers throughout the service process, providing updates and managing their expectations
* Handling customer queries, complaints, and concerns in a professional and diplomatic manner
* Ensuring all workshop documentation is accurate and up-to-date
* Promoting and selling additional services and products to customers
* Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Proven experience as a Service Advisor or similar customer-facing role in the automotive industry
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
* Proficient in using automotive software and computer systems
* A keen eye for detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
* A friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude
* A valid driver's licence and the ability to drive a variety of vehicles
