Are you an energetic, self-motivated professional with a passion for premium spirits and the local hospitality scene? We are looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to take ownership of our "home turf."
Representing Husk Brands across the Northern Rivers and Gold Coast, you will be the face of our distillery in our most critical territory. This isn't just a sales job—it's about building a legacy, telling stories, and driving the growth of two of Australia's most innovative spirits.
The Role
You will be responsible for driving physical availability and velocity for Ink Gin and Husk Rum. Your mission is to build deep, lasting partnerships across retail, on-premise (bars/restaurants), and local events.
What You'll Do
* Drive Growth: Take full ownership of brand and business outcomes in your region, ensuring our bottles are on the shelves and on the menus.
* Educate & Inspire: You won't just be "pitching." You'll be hosting engaging sessions with bar teams and customers—teaching them about our process and showing them how to enjoy our products.
* Elevate the Brand: You'll have a sharp eye for how our brands show up ensuring they always look their best and stay top-of-mind.
* Be Entrepreneurial: Use your commercial mindset to identify new opportunities and pivot quickly in a fast-paced market.
* Be the Face of Husk: Build "unbreakable" local relations that turn customers into brand advocates.
