Receptionist / Warranty Clerk | Automotive Industry

Our Ferry Road Dealership is now seeking a Receptionist/Warranty Clerk to join their Service Department on a fulltime basis.
As a Receptionist you will be answering incoming calls to the dealership, assisting customers with service bookings, answering queries, and directing calls to the relevant departments and adhoc administration.
As a Warranty Clerk you will process and submit warranty claims in a timely manner and in line with warranty policy and procedures. You will be responsible for correct record keeping of all warranty paperwork as required by the manufacturer and follow up on any outstanding warranty claims. You will also keep up to date of all manufacturer recalls and announcements.
About you
* Previous customer service or call centre experience
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to work within a team environment
* A proactive attitude with the ability to multi-task and handle pressure situations in a calm and professional manner
* Data entry experience with high attention to detail and accuracy
* Previous dealership or customer service experience would be advantageous for this position. We will also provide on the job training for the selected candidate.
