Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre Kawungan
Brady Bunch Early Learning Centre is an established Early Education and Care Service situated in Kawungan, Hervey Bay.
We are currently seeking a motivated, passionate and experienced centre Assistant Director (2IC) to come on board and help manage the service moving forward. The role would suit an EXPERIENCED Assistant Director looking for a new challenge.

Responsibilities
- Enhance the performance of the centre through proactive management of key financials including occupancy, rostering, collection of fees, marketing, wages and general administration duties.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with local community.
- Develop and maintain the centre Quality Improvement Plan.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and time management skills.
- Possess strong written and verbal skills.
- A strong sense of responsibility and a high level of professional ethics
- An analytical nature and the ability to overcome challenges and solve problems in a proactive and productive manner;
- The ability to demonstrate initiative while working within a team environment.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- A recognised qualification of a Diploma as recognised by ACECQA;
- Strong commitment to a high level of professionalism, integrity and leadership
- Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
- Good working knowledge of policy and procedural implementation
- The ability to warmly and professionally communicate with children and their families
- Be reflective as a leader and undertake professional conversations with colleagues that promote an open and transparent work culture
- Demonstrated high social and emotional intelligence
- Willingness to involve and engage within the community
- Exceptional knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework, the National Regulations and the National Quality Framework
- A current Working With Children's Check
- First Aid qualifications including anaphylaxis and asthma management training
- Child Protection Training
- Red Nose (SIDS) Training
- An excellent understanding of curriculum design with a contemporary approach using an Emergent Curriculum style
- Previous experience assistant managing an Early Years Service.
- Express a genuine passion or interest in children's early education.
- Experience using Qikkids software is advantageous but not essential.

Qualifications
- A Diploma as recognised by ACECQA

- Experience as an assistant manager in an Early Years Service
- Experience with early childhood education
