We are seeking a compassionate and quality-focused individual to join our team as a Disability Care Provider. As a Disability Care Provider, you will work closely with individuals living with neurological diseases, providing support and care in their homes.

Our goal is to positively impact the lives of all we work with, providing high-quality services that meet the unique needs and goals of each participant. We provide a safe and healthy home environment, assist with daily activities, and help participants with community activities and outings.

As a Disability Care Provider, you will be provided with training, guidance, and support from your manager. You will also have the opportunity to develop strong and meaningful relationships with participants and their families.

Key responsibilities include:

* Caring for participants with Neurological diseases - MND, MS, Stroke, SCI and ABI
">
* Assisting with daily activities, support, and supervision of participants
">
* Providing a safe and healthy home environment for your participant
">
* Helping participants with community activities and outings
">
">
Requirements include:
">
* Proven experience in providing personal care within a work setting
">
* Certificate III in Individual Support/Community/Disability
">
* First Aid certificate with current CPR
">
* Manual Handling certificate
">
* National Police Clearance within the last 12 months
">
* Working with Children check or ability to obtain one
">
* Medication Competent
">
* Willings to be PEG- competent
">
