An exciting opportunity has become available for a reliable and dedicated Maintenance Officer at our Coastal Waters village on a Part-time basis (15.2 hours), Thursday 9.00am to 5.00pm and Friday 8.00am to 4.00pm
Situated near the spectacular beaches of Jervis Bay and offering panoramic bay views, Coastal Waters combines a spectacular natural setting with easy access to a wide range of shops, services and attractions.
As a Maintenance Officer at Keyton you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our properties by undertaking maintenance activities and providing excellent customer service to our residents. We are seeking a proactive individual with strong communication skills, strong computer skills and a knack for problem-solving.

About You
You will bring experience as a Maintenance Assistant/Handyman, or a similar hands on role, along with the following:
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
* Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner
* High attention to detail and a strong commitment to safety
* Basic computer literacy (Excel, Word, Outlook, apps)
* Understanding of machinery and tools used in grounds and maintenance work
* Current Australian driver's licence (Required)
* Current First Aid/CPR Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
* Ability to take initiative, work independently and contribute to a team
* Internal training and onsite inductions will be provided.
