Due to ongoing growth, our Gold Coast office – located in the heart of Surfers Paradise – is seeking a talented and motivated Senior Accountant to Supervisor with 4+ years’ experience to join our Business Advisory and Tax Services team.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a proactive professional who enjoys client engagement, problem-solving, and working across a broad range of businesses. Under the guidance of experienced managers and directors, you will manage a diverse client portfolio and tackle a variety of technical and strategic challenges.
Key Responsibilities include:Preparing and reviewing tax returns and financial statements for a wide range of entities, including large and audited businessesPreparing and reviewing BAS, GST, and FBT returnsAdvising clients on general accounting and taxation matters
What We’re Looking ForEssential qualifications, experience, and attributes:A relevant degree in Commerce, Accounting, or similarAt least 4 years’ experience in Australian public practice accountingCA or CPA qualification (completed)Strong understanding of tax technical issues within a business advisory contextConfident communicator with experience in face-to-face client interactionsHigh attention to detail and a commitment to qualityA team player who enjoys mentoring junior staffProfessional, personable, and proactive in approach
