Job Role Overview
As a dedicated Child Protection Caseworker, you will work closely with vulnerable individuals and families to address complex issues.
Your key responsibilities will include collaborating with external agencies, resolving difficult problems, assisting families in setting goals, developing safety strategies, and managing cases effectively.
Some essential tasks include:
* Engaging with clients who require high levels of support and their families
* Participating in court processes and preparing relevant documents
* Receiving individual and group supervision to enhance professional development
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, and be able to build strong working relationships. A valid driver's licence and paid Working with Children clearance are also necessary requirements.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive salary ranging from $87,315 pa to $113,562 pa, along with superannuation and annual leave loading.
