We are currently looking for a Software Engineer, Android in Australia.

Accountabilities:
* Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end Android features, ensuring seamless integration between APIs and user-facing interfaces.
* Collaborate closely with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality, scalable mobile solutions.
* Participate in code reviews and uphold strong engineering standards to maintain a clean, efficient, and maintainable codebase.
* Continuously refactor and optimize application architecture to support performance, scalability, and future growth.
* Share knowledge and promote best practices within the team to elevate overall development quality.
* Contribute to cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders and evolving technical requirements.
Requirements:
* 5+ years of professional experience in Android development with strong expertise in the Android SDK.
* Advanced proficiency in Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, with a strong emphasis on user experience and modern mobile development practices.
* Solid understanding of architectural patterns such as MVVM or Clean Architecture.
* Experience writing readable, maintainable code supported by comprehensive testing strategies.
* Familiarity with dependency injection, Kotlin Coroutines/Flow, and Compose Navigation (preferred).
* Interest in financial technology, digital payments, or Bitcoin-related ecosystems (nice to have).
* Self-motivated and comfortable working in a remote, team-oriented environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
