We are currently seeking experienced and compassionate registered nurses to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities
* Medication Management: Administer medications, ensure adherence to prescribed schedules, and monitor for side effects.
* Wound Care: Clean wounds, perform dressing changes, and monitor for signs of infection or complications.
* Health Assessments: Conduct regular health checks, monitor vital signs, and update care plans based on assessments. For example:
* FRAT assessment
* BRADEN assessment
* Diabetes assessment
* Continence Assessment
* RUDAS assessment
* Chronic Disease Management: Support clients with chronic conditions such as diabetes, heart disease, and respiratory illnesses.
* Personal Care Assistance: Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Desired Skills
* Proficiency in a second language, including but not limited to Mandarin, Cantonese, Arabic, Italian, Spanish, Greek, Hindi, and Vietnamese.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Professional Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
* AHPRA Registration
* First Aid and CPR Certification
* ABN
* Independent contractor work rights
* Professional indemnity and public liability insurance of $10M each
* National Police Clearance
* COVID-19 vaccination certificate
