Elderly Care manages the operations of aged care services at TriCare Aged Care Residence at Point Vernon.
We are currently recruiting for a Facility Manager for the Point Vernon Aged Care Residence in a full-time permanent position, reporting to the Operations Manager – North.
This role is to lead, motivate and empower staff to deliver high-quality and individualised care to the residents in a calm, supportive, and safe environment. The role is accountable for oversight of all aspects of clinical care provision, direction, and financial performance of the Residential home.
You will be supported and empowered initially in your role to understand the working parameters of an established care home with regards to where and how to make a difference at many levels. Moving forward you will embrace your leadership efficiently and effectively. A proven clinical background with aged care facility manager experience is a mandatory requirement for this role.
A successful candidate for us will have the qualifications, experience, and skills listed below:
Registered/Clinical Nurse with current AHPRA registration.
Experience in aged care as a Facility Manager.
Demonstrated ability to lead, manage, motivate, and develop teams.
Commitment to engage and align with the management guidelines.
High-level communication and interpersonal skills
Strong initiative, analytical with problem-solving skills
Working knowledge of ANACC and Aged Care laws and regulations.
Demonstrated business acumen with operational reporting.
