At Fletchers Supplies, we pride ourselves on great service and a welcoming atmosphere. We're looking for a friendly, hands-on Retail Sales Team Assistant to join our retail shop in Wangaratta.
About the Role
This casual position offers
***** hours per week
, Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 5:00 PM. Additional hours available during busy periods and during staff shortages. Flexibility can be offered to the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers with product selection and purchases
Keep the store stocked, clean, and visually appealing
Merchandise and restock shelves
Perform physical tasks (lifting up to 20kg, standing for extended periods)
Support daily operations including till closures and stock takes
Engage in ongoing training and seek feedback to grow your skills
Skills & Experience
Has strong computer skills and can quickly learn new systems
Brings a positive attitude and eagerness to learn
Communicates clearly and confidently with customers and team members
Is physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
Can stand on their feet for long periods of time
Has previous customer service or retail experience (a plus, but not essential)
