Customer Support Role Overview
We have an opportunity for an experienced Customer Support professional to join our team, providing outbound calls to NDIS participants and being the first point of contact for key services.
The role involves a diverse range of responsibilities including making efficient welcoming calls, coordinating meetings and reviews, handling participant enquiries, and performing general administrative tasks.
To be successful in this role, you will require experience working in a fast-paced call centre environment, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a friendly approachable demeanor.
You will also need to be a fast learner who is eager to grow and develop your skills within our organisation.
Responsibilities:
* Making outgoing calls to NDIS participants
* Coordinating plan review meetings and unscheduled reviews
* Handling incoming calls from participants
* Performing general administration tasks
