We're seeking a skilled and reliable HVAC Technician to join our team over the Christmas and New Year period.
This is a full-time, fixed-term contract from 23rd December **** to 5th January ****, supporting essential HVAC operations to a mining camp during the holiday season.
You'll be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems across a mining camp in Port Hedland.
This role is ideal for a technician who enjoys hands-on work, can work independently, and is available during the festive period.
Key Responsibilities
Perform maintenance and urgent repairs on HVAC systems
Diagnose faults and carry out corrective actions efficiently
Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
Complete service reports and communicate effectively with clients and supervisors
Be available for on-call or after-hours work if required
What We're Looking For
Certificate III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration
Current Refrigerant Handling Licence (RHL) and White Card
HIO Inducted
Proven experience in commercial HVAC service and maintenance
Minimum 3-5 years of commercial HVAC experience required
Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Availability to work full-time over the Christmas/New Year period (including public holidays)
