Fulfilment Team Member – Perth Coffee Exchange
Perth Coffee Exchange is a fast-growing online coffee retailer connecting coffee lovers across Australia with exceptional beans. We're looking for a detail-oriented team player to help keep our fulfilment running smoothly and our customers smiling.
The Opportunity
We currently have openings for:
* Casual: 4–5 hour shifts, Monday, & Thursday's
Role Development Path
Initial Phase – Core Operations
* Learn the ropes of warehouse operations
* Comprehensive coffee handling and storage training
* Build expertise in quality control
Growth Phase
* Take ownership of inventory management and workflow coordination
* Step into mentoring and team-lead opportunities
* Contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency gains
Core Responsibilities
* Pick, pack, and ship orders with precision
* Process subscription box fulfilment
* Maintain strict quality control standards
* Handle specialty packaging requirements
* Ensure proper inventory rotation and warehouse organisation
* Receive and process incoming shipments
* Conduct regular quality checks
You'll Bring
* Strong attention to detail and pride in doing things right
* Physical ability to lift up to 20 kg and stay active on your feet
* Comfort using computers and learning new systems
* A reliable car and driver's licence
* Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Bonus points for:
* Warehouse or retail experience
* Background in food or beverage handling
* Familiarity with inventory platforms (Shopify or ShipStation)
* Experience in quality control or subscription box fulfilment
* A genuine love of coffee
