Business Transformation Specialist

A key role in driving the transformation of SafeWork NSW by developing and delivering comprehensive business cases.

About the Role:

* Contribute to the development and delivery of comprehensive business cases required to replace key systems for SafeWork NSW.
* Champion innovation, process improvement, and new ways of working.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to understand the effectiveness of tools, technology, methods, and standards.
* Analyse end-to-end business processes, gathering both business and system requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

* Explore a range of possible solutions and creative alternatives to contribute to system, process, and business improvements.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather information and gain endorsement for requirements.
* Lead initiatives and strategies using best practice methodologies to ensure business consistency and improved performance.

Requirements:

* Consuming and interpreting technical information and documenting system requirements.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering business improvements.
* Proven experience in business process mapping, system improvement, and project management.

Benefits:

* A competitive salary package, including a base salary of 125,693 plus superannuation.
