Operations Team Member
Job Purpose:
As an Operations Team Member, you will contribute to delivering exceptional customer service, enhancing efficiency and profitability.
We are seeking a highly organised and efficient individual to join our team as an Operations Team Member. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring policies and procedures are followed, compliance is ensured, and efficiency is maximised.
* Prioritising tasks and coordinating the operations team to operate a highly efficient back of house, adhering to procedural control measures.
* Stock management including, inbound goods and processing, returns processing, transfers, invoice management etc.
* Providing excellent customer service and effectively handling customer complaints and queries.
* E nsuring all Back of House activities meet compliance and safety requirements, with particular emphasis on safe product handling, use of equipment and machinery and incident reporting.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* High level of organisational skills and ability to work under pressure.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
