About the Role
As ourOffice Administrator & Service Coordinator, you'll be the hub of our operations — supporting the Director/Manager and wider team to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the business.
This varied role combines administration, service coordination, and light accounts work, offering plenty of scope to make the position your own.
Responsibilities
Coordinating service bookings, schedules, and customer appointments
Acting as the main point of contact for clients and suppliers
Managing office correspondence, documentation, and filing systems
Assisting with basic accounts tasks — invoicing, purchase orders, and reconciliations
Maintaining service records and databases
Supporting the Director/Manager with reports, planning, and project coordination
Contributing ideas and improvements to enhance our day-to-day operations
About You
You'll be an experienced administrator or coordinator who thrives in a varied, hands-on role.
You'll be confident juggling priorities, enjoy building relationships, and take pride in keeping things running like clockwork.
Qualifications
Has solid administration and organisational skills
Is comfortable with scheduling, coordination, and customer service
Has experience with accounts or bookkeeping (e.g., invoicing and Xero)
Communicates clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
Enjoys working as part of a small, supportive team
Is reliable, trustworthy, and looking for a long-term role they can truly make their own
