Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team in Sydney. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex and technically challenging projects, leveraging your technical expertise and innovative approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide engineering and technical support using AutoCAD, REVIT, and 3D modelling tools
* Support the preparation of tender submissions and project deliverables
* Maintain and update project risk registers
* Manage project documentation and implement document control procedures
* Develop and monitor project budgets, costs, and forecasts
* Prepare cost estimates and financial reports for project activities and resources
* Build and maintain project schedules, milestones, and critical paths
* Identify and mitigate project risks and delays in collaboration with the team
* Liaise with internal stakeholders, clients, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution
About You
To be successful, you will have:
* A degree in civil, structural, environmental, mechanical, or a related engineering discipline
* Minimum 3 years' experience as a Project Engineer in demolition, construction, or heavy civil environments
* Proficiency in AutoCAD/REVIT and strong documentation and project control skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with clients and teams
* A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic project environment
