We're looking for an experienced team member to provide IT Support to our teams across the business
The Opportunity$70-85k (based on experience) + Super & Benefits
Full Time - Mon-Fri, 40 hours per week
We have an incredible opportunity for an experienced IT Support to join the team at our Stapylton Support Office.
In this role you'll work to monitor, troubleshoot and maintain our IT systems, ensuring seamless operations for our team members.
You will use your natural problem-solving skills to overcome challenges, identify solutions and utilise your strong interpersonal skills to adapt your communication style to suit your audience.

*Your Role*
* Provide support, face to face, over the phone or online to identify and resolve issues.
* Logging of tasks, problems and questions and their resolution.
* Complete daily tasks.
* Manage customer expectations (keep people informed)
* Configure, build, and deploy infrastructure devices.
* Documentation – maintain and add.
* Liaising with the Infrastructure Services Manager and other IT personnel as required to escalate issues for resolution.
* To be involved in ad hoc projects.
* Backup checks and monitoring.
* Troubleshoot system/network problems and diagnose and solve hardware/software faults.
* Support the roll-out of new applications, security configurations and updates.
* Set up new users' accounts and profiles and deactivate offboarded users.
* Upgrade devices and replace parts as required.
* Work quickly to respond to enquiries and IT issues within determined timelines.
* Travel to support our sites, including regional and interstate offices (may include overnight travel).
* Manage other ad hoc IT & Servicedesk tasks as required.
About You
* 5 years' experience in a similar role.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Highly organised with exceptional time management skills
* Proven experience in working autonomously
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Windows Desktop operating Systems 10 / 11
* Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Azure and Microsoft 365
* Comprehensive knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
* Comprehensive knowledge of Networking fundamentals
* Comprehensive knowledge of Active Directory
