Curriculum Leadership Position

As the Head of Department (Curriculum), you will be responsible for driving reading development, guiding teaching staff, and providing high-quality learning outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead curriculum development across P-6, ensuring alignment with school and departmental initiatives.
* Drive reading development in P-2 and 3-6 teaching teams, promoting literacy skills and academic achievement.
* Provide expert guidance to teaching staff on curriculum planning, delivery, and assessment.
* Develop and articulate a shared educational vision, focused on delivering quality learning outcomes for all students.
* Embed The Resilience Project values in daily school life, promoting a positive and supportive learning environment.
* Set high standards for student and staff performance, driving continuous improvement and excellence.
* Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development, staying up-to-date with best practices and research.
* Collaborate with students, parents, community groups, and agencies to deliver quality education and support in a Partnership Initiative School setting.
