Sage Insurance has a specialist insurance department experiencing strong growth across Strata, Residential and Commercial Property. We’re seeking a senior insurance professional to lead national growth and new business development across our Strata & Real Estate portfolio.
This is a senior, market-facing role focused on expanding distribution, deepening relationships, and growing revenue nationally.
The Role
As Head of Distribution – Strata & Real Estate, you will be accountable for driving growth and new business opportunities across Sage’s property insurance portfolio. You will work closely with senior leadership, insurers, and key industry partners to strengthen Sage’s market presence and unlock new revenue streams.
What You’ll Do
* Lead national growth and new business development across Strata & Real Estate
* Expand distribution through strategic partnerships and key client relationships
* Build and grow relationships with strata managers, real estate groups, property owners, insurers, and underwriting agencies
* Identify new market opportunities, emerging risks, and growth segments
* Lead complex, high-value client and insurer negotiations
* Contribute to the broader commercial and growth strategy of Sage Insurance
* Represent Sage Insurance at industry events, forums, and partner engagements

* Senior insurance professional with strong experience in Strata and Property Insurance
* Proven track record in business development and revenue growth
* Well-connected within the property and insurance ecosystem
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic mindset
* Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working at an executive and board-facing level
