IT Support Specialist
As a key member of the IT Services Department, you will serve as the primary point of contact for all IT-related support requests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide timely and effective resolution to a wide range of service desk activities.
* Manage and own incidents and service requests, ensuring seamless communication with stakeholders.
* Maintain accurate documentation of solutions and contribute to the development of policies, procedures, and other IT-related projects.
* Collaborate closely with colleagues to drive continuous improvement and enhance overall service delivery.
This role is performed onsite at a dynamic healthcare organization.
