About the role
You'll manage and enhance on‐prem Exchange infrastructure, Enterprise Vault archiving, and cloud‐based messaging services. The role includes troubleshooting complex issues, developing migration plans, producing technical documentation and contributing to project delivery.
What you'll bring
* Deep expertise in Exchange Server, Exchange Online & hybrid deployments
* Strong experience with Exchange migrations (cross‐forest, legacy, O365)
* High‐level troubleshooting across mail flow, gateways & connectivity
* Solid Windows Server fundamentals (AD, DNS, DFS, GPO/AGPM)
* Understanding of government cyber security frameworks (ISM, Essential 8, ACSC)
Desirable
* Experience with Enterprise Vault, Microsoft Purview, Intune and broader M365 services
