The Opportunity
Join a leading civil construction contractor delivering large-scale
commercial and residential land development projects
across WA. With a strong pipeline of work, we're seeking an experienced
Project Manager
to oversee subdivision projects from planning through to completion. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary, career progression, and a collaborative team culture.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end delivery of subdivision projects including earthworks, services, roads, and landscaping.
* Oversee budgets, schedules, and quality to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
* Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
* Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and contractual requirements.
* Build strong relationships with clients, consultants, and local authorities.
* Mentor and support project engineers and site supervisors.
About You
* Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
* Minimum 4+ years' experience managing
commercial and residential subdivision projects
.
* Strong technical knowledge of land development and civil standards.
* Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
* WA working rights required.
