Bachelor's degree in a security discipline, Computer Science, (or) 5+ years' equivalent security operations center or security incident management experience.
- Ability to work any shift pattern within the 24/7/365 operation including days, nights, holidays and weekends.
- 4+ years or more of proven experience with a focus in areas such as incident management.
This role requires the security industry specialist to work tactically with both internal and external stakeholders to solve security challenges at massive scale, and to think strategically to develop and implement changes to drive incident management, scalability and continuous progress for the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Be able to assess physical vs. business risks and consistently drive internal teams to take the right actions in the appropriate time frames to mitigate risks.
- Have a good mix of broad and deep physical and technical security knowledge.
- Be proficient in incident management security operations, risk analysis, and emergent security intelligence.
- Possess a combination of troubleshooting, technical, and communication skills.
