Cedar West is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced Factory Glazier who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys being part of a reliable, supportive team.
You'll work primarily with premium timber window and door frames, handling the glazing process from delivery to installation. Glass is supplied cut-to-size — so no daily cutting, just the occasional emergency job.

What You'll Be Doing
* Checking and verifying incoming glass against job specs
* Safely moving, handling, and storing glass (WHS-focused)
* Reading and interpreting job sheets accurately
* Installing glass into timber window and door frames using correct beads, sealants, and finishes
* Performing occasional emergency cutting
* Reporting damaged or non-conforming glass
* Keeping your work area clean, tidy, and well organised
* Working with production and installation teams to meet deadlines
What We're Looking For
* Experience as a Bench / Factory Glazier
* Confidence glazing timber or aluminium windows and doors
* Strong attention to detail and pride in high-quality work
* Good manual-handling skills for large panels
* Someone reliable, punctual, and team-focused
